Summer Pasta Salad.

This is the easiest recipe I’ve ever posted!  This Salad is beyond easy and you can prepare it the day before.  In fact, I recommend it.  The flavors get more pronounced when the salad is refrigerated overnight.  This salad holds up great in the heat!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Vermachilli spaghetti
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small 8-ounce bottle of Viva 7 seasons Italian dressing
  • 5 tablespoons Mc Cormick salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.  Refrigerate overnight before serving.  The flavors are much more concentrated when the salad is refrigerated overnight.
  2. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days.
